Description

This 3-ingredient banana bread is the simplest and most delicious recipe you’ll ever try. Made with ripe bananas, eggs, and self-rising flour, it’s naturally sweet, moist, and perfect for breakfast, snacks, or dessert. No mixer required—just one bowl and a few minutes of prep.


Ingredients

  • 3 large ripe bananas, mashed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 ½ cups self-rising flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mash the bananas until smooth (a few lumps are fine).
  3. Add the eggs to the mashed bananas and whisk until well combined.
  4. Gradually add the self-rising flour, folding it in gently with a spatula until no dry flour remains. Be careful not to overmix.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan, spreading it evenly.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Allow the banana bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
