Ingredients

  • 2 medium sweet potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons butter (optional)
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  1. Wash and scrub the sweet potatoes thoroughly, then pat them dry.
  2. Poke several holes in each sweet potato with a fork to allow steam to escape.
  3. Place the sweet potatoes on a microwave-safe plate.
