Ingredients
- 2 medium sweet potatoes

Instructions
- Wash and scrub the sweet potatoes thoroughly, then pat them dry.
- Poke several holes in each sweet potato with a fork to allow steam to escape.
- Place the sweet potatoes on a microwave-safe plate.
- Microwave on high for 5-8 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are soft and easily pierced with a fork.
- Remove from the microwave and carefully slice each potato lengthwise.
- Add a pat of butter and sprinkle with sea salt to taste. Serve warm!
